We bake sourdough six days a week using 4 core ingredients; flour, water, salt, and time! Naturally leavened with our living starter and crafted using slow, traditional methods. No shortcuts, no additives, no UPFs...just honest bread made the way it’s always been. 

Alongside our sourdough, we bake contemporary classics; bagels, bloomers, tins and more,  with the same natural ingredients, plus a little yeast to give them a gentle lift.
